For orders going to PO Boxes, please provide the street address of the PO Box location or confirm in the order notes that this PO Box can receive packages from UPS. If your order cannot be delivered to your PO Box, you will be charged for the return to sender fee.
Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and added to your order prior to checkout. If you wish to ship collect with your carrier account instead, please contact us prior to ordering, or select “pickup” and include your carrier account information in the order notes.
Shipping Times :
Orders for standard filters will ship within 2 days of order placement. Order for made-to-order filters will ship when ready, typically 5-10 business days. Orders for equipment and palletized orders may take up to 5 days to ship. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your order within this time frame, you will be notified. Normal transit time via UPS Ground or USPS is 2 to 5 days within the contiguous United Arab Emirates.
Address Corrections :
If you contact us by phone after your order has been placed regarding an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will make every effort to correct your information prior to your package being shipped. However, once your package has shipped, we may not be able to correct or re-route your shipment.
Queen Filter Trading LLC. is not responsible for any lost or mis-delivered package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment/suite/office number/name etc.) and your package is lost, Queen Filter Trading LLC. is not responsible.
If your order has already shipped and must be re-routed by the carrier, you will be charged an additional fee. ( package intercept fee)
If you decide you no longer want the order and refuse the package, a refusal fee will be deducted from your refund. (The refusal fee is calculated from the return charges.)
